CLIENT BRIEF:
The client was carrying out an extensive internal refurbishment to their property. Our brief was to fully renovate the exterior of the property which involved:
- Excavation of the existing drive and garden area
- Building a new retaining garden wall to the front boundary
- Laying new charcoal tegula blocks to the driveway, side & back of the property
- Laying a porcelain patio to the rear
- Installing electrical ducting for future lighting to the patio & for the client’s hot tub
- Lay new turf to the front and back gardens
