CLIENT BRIEF:
Carry out the following in order to facilitate the renovation of the former Williams & Griffin Warehouse & Rising Sun Pub into luxury apartments with underground parking and a contemporary amenity space:
- Block pave the underground car park
- Supply & install permeable car park and associated ducting, drainage and kerbs
- Supply & install granite slabs and kerbs including sub base
- Supply & install gabion walls and steps
- Supply & install planters and cycle racks
The project took around 12 months from start to finish with a project value of £127,000.
